It’s been a long time coming, last flying was 11 months ago. I had some severe delays getting from Europe to here putting me eight days behind schedule before I could get started. First priority is to get some type ratings on Cessna 152 (two seater) and 172 (four seater). I had hoped to get the type ratings out of the way many days earlier, but here I am.
But finally – one day after landing back in NZ I get behind the stick once again, this time in a Cessna 152. The school is the New Plymouth Aero Club. Nothing too strenuous, just familiarising myself with the local circuit, learning once again the Cessna thang after so much Jaribu, and enjoying myself.
Technical: Dual 0.8 hours, circuits.
