This morning started badly, very badly. How could one person be so cruelly forced to skip breakfast, sit in a traffic jam, then have huge quantities of blood extracted by a giant needle. Such human rights atrocities should not be allowed to continue.
Luckily for me it was not long before it was all over and I could get back to flying the plane. As I was running late (due to the torture) I did not even have time to administer caffeine before taking off. Perhaps it should be made aviation law that no pilot is allowed to take flight without a minimum level of caffeine in their system.
Another beautiful sunny day, with massive views. An afternoon visit from some New Plymouth boys (otherwise known as ‘Naki boys or a minor form of Westie) on their cross country.
