Here I am trying to get my solo hours up, and the wind comes. And was it blowing today.. there must be an expression of some sort, like a banshee maybe.
It is good practise to be flying into it but.. caramba. Tiring, and with 20 knot gusts it’s hard to get away for solo time. I can only hope there are more chances during the week.
Any idle time, such as during especially strong tree-bending blasts, has again been spent studying for Meteo. Finally I think I am ready for that one.. tomorrow we will see.
